DirecTV in NYC |
| THE WINDOW TREATMENT |
|
DirecTV wanted to adapt its creative
for windows on the ground floor of News Corp headquarters in New York. Since the site had never been used for graphics display and the large size of the windows made adhesives cost prohibitive, D2V suggested large mesh "curtains" to play up the street-level environment without losing the larger-than-life excitement of the campaign. After taking measurements and coordinating with local installers, D2V created components that resulted in a striking display that was far greater than the sum of its parts.

Dodger Stadium Graphics |
| REBRANDING A CLASSIC |
|
The Dodgers needed to re-brand the entire stadium while retaining some classic elements of years past. The challenge for D2V was to match a palette of existing retro Dodger colors on two different outdoor substrates. Immediately we profiled our equipment and color management on a variety of stock. As a result, D2V created a perfect color match with the existing graphics that allowed for the integration of new player images and creative content in the outfield, dugout and various grand format signage. |

Ritz Carlton Residences at LA Live |
| GETTING THE WORD OUT |
|
When the Ritz-Carlton Sales Office
took the ground floor of the old Petroleum Building in downtown Los Angeles, they wanted to communicate the lifestyle, the Web site, and the architectural rendering of their new 52-story addition to the L.A. Live development project. D2V created full-color, adhesive window graphics and installed them inside of the sales office's large, street-level windows. Additionally, D2V printed a large-format backlit mural that further showcases the Ritz-Carlton's future home in L.A.
